Last days to send works to Cinedeaf 2015 Contest – Directors Section

Few more days to take part to the Contest in the Directors Section of CINEDEAF- International Deaf Film Festival of Rome, June 5th-7th, 2015 at the Palladium Theatre in the Historical roman neighborhood of Garbatella. The deadline for Schools is now delayed to March 27, 2015.

Cinedeaf 3rd Edition: Contest is now open

The Istituto Statale per Sordi di Roma (Public Institute for the Deaf of Rome) organizes the third edition of CINEDEAF – International Deaf Film Festival of Rome, June 5, 6 and 7 2015 at the Palladium Theatre in the historical roman neighborhood Garbatella.

Goal of the festival : encourage young deaf Italians to realize cinematographic products that could enrich the Deaf Cinema scenario and give them the tools to grow in an international environment which is everyday more competitive. For this reason, CINEDEAF becomes a moment of gathering and exchange, not only within the deaf community, but also with the hearing world which often is not in contact with this reality.
